Photographer & Director Ren Fuller had the pleasure of collaborating with Joseph Schuldiner, of LA’s Institute of Domestic Technology on this very special project, published by Chronicle Books. The book is a bible of recipes & techniques developed from Joseph’s style of cooking with homemade ingredients, completely from scratch. Joseph’s recipes are innovate and push the boundaries, yet playful and delicious.
